Shivsena rue over overcharging of food & drinks items

JAMMU, Apr 16:

Shivsena J&K unit today staged protest against the district administration for turning a blind eye toward the problems being faced a common man in highest ever inflation era.
Addressing media persons at Party’s State Office in Jammu today, State President Manish Sahni said that several complaints are being lodged on daily basis regarding charging of more than the fixed MRP on most items of food and drinks these days. Due to no hearing, the common man is being forced to loot, he said, adding that the attitude of the administration on recovery of more than MRP on the said items is as if this recovery has been legalized as far as the concerned departments are concerned. He too has remained careless about this rigging.
Sahni said that the people of Jammu and Kashmir are already facing brunt of high inflation as compared to other states. The pockets of a common man are being cut by illegally collecting pulses, green vegetables, meat, chicken and even liquor. Sawhney said that recovery of more than MRP and fixed prices is open corruption.
Sahni warned that the Shiv Sena would not tolerate such things if such things will not stopped then Shiv Sainiks will teach a lesson to this loot mafia in its familiar style. He appealed to the Lt Governor to take stern action against such persons involved in this nexus. शिवसेना की तय क़ीमत से अधिक वसूली करने वालों को चेतावनी

उपराज्यपाल से लूटक्तंत्र पर शिंकजा कसने की अपील

जम्मू — जम्मू कश्मीर में दवा-दारू से लेकर खानपान की अधिकतर वस्तुओं पर तय एम आर पी से अधिक वसूली का धंधा इन दिनों जोरों शोरों से जारी है।‌ कोई सुनवाई नहीं होने के कारण आम आदमी को लुटने के लिए मजबूर होना पड़ रहा है , यह कहना है शिवसेना जम्मू कश्मीर के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष मनीश साहनी का ।
पार्टी प्रदेश कार्यालय जम्मू में आयोजित आज एक पत्रकार वार्ता में प्रदेश अध्यक्ष मनीश साहनी ने कहा कि उक्त वस्तुओं पर एम आर पी से अधिक की वसूली पर प्रशासन का रवैया ऐसा है जैसे इस वसूली को कानूनी जामा पहना दिया हो ।‌जहा तक संबंधित विभागों का संबंध है वह भी इस धांधली के प्रति लापरवाह बना बैठे है।‌ ‌साहनी ने कहा कि प्रदेश की जनता पहले ही अन्य राज्यों के मुकाबले अधिक महंगाई की मार झेल रही है । दालें , हरी सब्जियां, मीट , मुर्गा यहां तक कि शराब सभी वस्तुओं पर‌ नजायज वसूली कर जनता की जेबें काटी जा रही है। साहनी ने कहा कि एम आर पी और तय कीमतों से अधिक की वसूली खुला भ्रष्टाचार है । साहनी ने जम्मू कश्मीर के उपराज्यपाल माननीय मनोज सिन्हा मुल्य से अधिक की वसूली के इस खेल को अंजाम दे रहे माफिया पर तुरंत शिकंजा कसने की मांग की है । साहनी ने चेतावनी देते है कि यह लूटक्तंत्र नहीं रुका तो शिव सेना अपने चिरपरिचित अंदाज में इस लूट माफिया को सबक सिखाएगी। इस मौके पर महासचिव विकास बख्शी , जी आई सिंह , प्रभारी उधमपुर अश्वनी प्रभाकर उपस्थित थे @@@Report by AKHIL Pangotra
