Dogra welfare foundation presenting memorandum for Dogra Community Centre in Delhi 
to promote our culture and provide urgent accommodation for people who come at crucial yet unfortunate times of medical emergencies in world popular government hospitals one of them being AIIMS and many more for medical help and are unable to afford the high ranging accommodation prices in the national capital of the country. The memorandum was submitted to Dr.Jitendar Singh by the team of Dogra welfare foundation and supported by District President BJP Kathua former MLA Jeevan Lal Ji, Sanjeet Sharma Ji, Sarpanch from Bani,Billawar, Tharakural Nand Kishore Ji,Gurahkalyal Bishan Das Ji , Rajvalta,DDC Udhampur Aarti Ji Sharma,DDC Ramnagar, Social activist Darshan Singh ji from Basoli were part of this delegation.
Honorable Dr.Jitendar Singh accepted the memorandum with promising implementation.
