The residents of Butshungi area of Rajwar Handwara are up in arms aganist authorities for failing to recover state land

The residents of Butshungi area of Rajwar Handwara are up in arms aganist authorities for failing to recover state land which has been illegally occupied by some miscreants.

Residents said that with no state land available they are forced to take their cattle for grazing in dense forest. Which always prove dangerous and detrimental for human lives and in the recent incident one ten year old boy was found dead after went missing for several days.

Residents said that during previous years several persons who had taken their live stock for grazing were attacked by wild animals and due to the grieoves injuries they lost their lives.

Residents said that few miscreants have illegally occupied Fifteen hundred Kunal of state land leaving inhabitants with out the pasture.

Residents said that they have brought this issue into the notice concern authorities several times but to no avail.

Residents have sought immediate intervention of conservator of forests north circle so that the state land is retrieved back.
