For the first time in North Kashmir, the government has built an oxygen generation plant at Kupwara Sub-District Hospital in the wake of Cowade’s outrage. The oxygen plant now provides oxygen to patients in the hospital through pipes instead of cylinders. Because till now patients needed oxygen banana cylinders and they had to learn to recognize Kupwara from Srinagar but now these facilities will be available in Kupwara hospital. And here oxygen will be produced from this plant itself and then patients through pipes. People praised this initiative of the government
