AAP sits on Hunger Strike against JK Govt’s Anti-Encroachment drive

Aam Aadmi Party in Jammu and Kashmir is holding series of massive protest demonstrations against anti encroachment drive of Government which is biased in nature with BJP leaders are immune to it.

Er. Nazir Ahmed Yatoo is also on indefinite hunger strike against this drive.

Aam Aadmi Party said that this anti encroachment drive is aimed to target poor people only leaving them harassed and getting crunched in the hands of BJP.

Party said that Government claimed to keep this drive impartial and unbiased but this is just a fake claim with poor people are being targeted.

BJP leaders are also immune to this drive with no action has been taken even though a number of BJP leaders have encroached state lands and have also raised their illegal constructions over these pieces of lands.

In a press conference, Aam Aadmi Party leaders said that the anti encroachment drive of Jammu and Kashmir Government is nothing but a way to harass people and to impose dictatorial policies of BJP on them.

They said that despite after LG’s assurance, notices are being served to poor people who are living a life in fear.

On the other hand, Aam Aadmi Party leader and Kashmir Province Vice President, Er. Nazir Ahmed Yatoo is on an indefinite hunger strike against this demolition drive.

Er. Yatoo is on hunger strike against this dictatorial policy of Government by which poor families are getting homeless and living a life in fear.

” Every single citizen of Jammu and Kashmir is affected with this drive. Everyone is demanding to stop it but Government is not caring.” Yatoo said while being on hunger strike.

He added that a number of BJP leaders have raised their structures on encroached state lands while dozens of leaders are having illegal occupation of government accomodations but Government is not paying any concern.

Muddasir Hassan, Owais Wani, Deeba Khan, Syed Muzamil Rizvi, Hakim Rizwan Illahi, Jibran Dar,
Sheikh Adeen, Nisar Ahmed, Bedar Ahmed, Ishfaq Ahmed are also part of this strike.
