Rashtriya Rifles Battalion under the aegis of Headquarter Counter Insurgency Force (ROMEO) organised an event “Inauguration of Volleyball Ground” at Govt High School Nandiyali, Surankote on 19 Apr 2022. The aim of the event was to provide impetus to sports activities and team work in the Area of Responsibility of the Battalion. Moreover, this will ensure optimum utilisation of the free time of students forging sense belongingness among the locals. The purpose of this initiative is to prepare & motivate the youth in the field of sports and preventing them from selection of misleading paths. The event was highly appreciated by the attendees and further enhanced the nation building image of Indian Army. A total No of 25 locals & 70 Students attended the event.
