General Zorawar Singh Memorial Educational and Charitable Trust ( regd) and Parivartan ek Soch Trust ® Welcomed to DC in Reasi and raised the matter of the poor condition of our heritage sites of District Reasi like the Bhimgarh fort and the Zorawar Palace. These historic sites which are connected to the Dogra History require urgent maintenance at all costs. Due to the negligence of the Archaeological department and the govt their condition has turned from bad to worse . These sites can turn out to be as a major landmark from the tourism perspective because of their historical Importance. We have been running from pillar to post raising this issue and approached the authorities several times but to no avail.
General Zorawar Singh Trust also discussed Birth anniversary of General Zorawar Singh. It aims at connecting people, creating awareness among the masses about different Cultures ,Places of Heritage , History, etc.
Lastly Trust gives a token of love to Ms Babila Rukwal Deputy Commisioner Reasi.
