All parents Association Jammu held A press Confrence at there office in which president of the association Amit Kapoor said that Yesterday two very good orders was passed First was by Honourable prime minister Sh Narender Modi ji to cancel the class 12th CBSE exams and Second By Honourable LG JKUT Sh Manoj Sinha ji to limit the Duration of online classes after taking Cognisance of a viral video of a 6yr old cute little girl Mairoo Irfan on social media.

All parents association appreciates and welcomes both the orders passed both the orders will ease the stress off from the students as well as from parents and Teachers also. As it was matter of the safety of the students in both cases Again we Thank PM Sh Narendra Modi ji for putting an end to the anxiety among students, parents and teachers and cancelling CBSE Class XII Board Exams this year to LG also for limiting online classes duration This reflects the sensitivity of the both Prime Minister and LG who has taken this decision for the health and safety of our children.

Further Mr Amit kapoor said As far as the cancelling of class 12th CBSE exams is concerned it is the wise decision since the second wave of pandemic is at its peak so this was not the favourable time to conduct the exams by risking the lives of the innocent children as both students and parents were afraid and were under immense pressure due to the situation that has emerged out of second wave of the pandemic this decision will surely ease off the pressure from students, parents and as well as from teachers too and All Parents Association Jammu thank Honourable PM Sh. narender Modi ji for this Decision.

Second good initiative yesterday was taken by Honorable LG JKUT Sh. Manoj Sinha ji to limit the duration of the online classes and not to give any homwork to students of upto class 5.
It is very wise descision taken by Honourable LG All Parents Association welcome and appreciates the descision. Though it came only after taking cognisance of a viral video of a 6 year old angel on Social Media in which she complains of huge burden of home work through Zoom Classes, LG Manoj Sinha while taking serious note of the message and provided atleast some relief to students, parents and Teachers as well.
I on behalf of All Parents Association would also take this opportunity to thank Mairoo Irfan the 6yr old lil angel since her innocence did wat we were on regular basis trying to do but no one was giving heed on our demands. It is very unfortunate that Education Department of JKUT is so Ignorant that they have not taken any lesson few weeks back A teacher died of COVID and District Magistrate took cognisance of that tragedy and ordered inquiry but to utter surprise our education department is still in deep slumber as always. if all the things are to be Done by honourable LG and District Magistrate himself then why are we burdening our Union territory with this fit for nothing Directorate of Education “Babus” they only have one policy “Look Busy Do Nothing” Responsibility of death of that teacher who died of corona is also on the shoulders of Education department they should also be punished as they only pass orders and dnt even bother to check wheather the order is implemented on ground or not. Is there only job is to pass orders?
Pvt. Schools are leaving no opportunity to blackmail and harass parents as well as students be it the matter of school fees pvt. Schools besides the order passed to only charge tuition fees are charging every kind of fees be it Annual Charges be it Admission Fees be it Caution Fee, be it Late Fee etc same is the case with the books pvt school openly sold books n uniforms in schools and are recommending book vendors of there choice defying all Govt. Orders since Education Department “Babus” dnt bother to check what these private schools are doing on ground to utter shock n surprise some schools are even asking students to wear school uniform while attending online classes so that they can sell there uniforms.

In the end Amit Kapoor said we wish and hope that LG Manoj Sinha ji will also take cognisance of all these blackmailing tricks played by pvt. Schools so that they can rob the money of parents in this peak time of covid also when everyone is struggling and will provide some relief to parents by tightening the noose of the Education Department and Pvt. Schools.
Further we Urge worthy LG Manoj Sinha ji that :-
1) As CBSE class 12 Exams has been cancelled same should be done in JKUT and JKBOSE exams must also be cancelled for the sake of the safety of the the children and Teachers.

2) A committee should be framed whose only job must be to check the implementation of the Govt. orders on the ground.

3) Honourable Supreme court has passed an order on 18/05/2021 of reducing the school fees by 15% that order should be implemented in JKUT also.
4) Right To Education Act has not been implemented it should be implemented immediately in JKUT.
